I live in Hawaii, and I thought, “What is my favorite nationality to meet?” I thought, “I really love Filipina women; maybe I should try a site for that.” So, I signed up for Christian Filipina, and after a few weeks, I had brief chats back and forth with one lady, but she seemed not to be there for the right reasons. Then I did a video chat with another woman, and after a couple of minutes, it wasn’t going well, so we ended that.

Then, all of a sudden, I saw Lotiz come up on the screen. I knew immediately that I was very attracted to her and her beautiful smile. I messaged her as soon as I could, and within a few minutes, we were already video chatting. She invited me to Skype, and we have messaged or video chatted every single day since then. Every morning, I make a video to greet her when she wakes up. When I arrived at the airport in Butuan and saw her for the first time, I could not believe how beautiful she was. I had a single rose that I gave her, and she said it was the first flower she had ever gotten. We hugged for a long time, and it was clear that we had true feelings for each other. The whole airport could see what was going on. We were like celebrities. So, we continued our journey together to Panglao. Every day was a new adventure. One day, we went zip lining, we visited the Tarsiers, the Chocolate Hills, went island hopping to the Virgin Islands, toured the Bohol Bee Farm, went to Alona Beach, and even caught a movie. There was never a dull moment. We were also there for Valentine’s Day, so I got her two heart-shaped inner tubes and a huge bouquet of flowers, the second flowers she had ever received. Even after all of this, one of her most favorite gifts that I got her was a Hawaiian Lechon. It’s a grunting pig that you squeeze, dressed in Aloha island wear. Every time I turned around, she was squeezing it and grunting at me. Amazingly, it was the best gift I’ve ever given to a woman.

We have so much in common—we love music, singing, dancing, and going on new adventures. We are also foodies and love to eat and try different foods, and don’t forget the chocolate. The day we were leaving each other was one of the most difficult days of my life. We had fallen so much in love with each other that it was almost impossible to part ways.

We are now married for almost a year. I am sure we are going to have a very long and happy life together.
