I had been working in Saudi Arabia since February of 2002. I was a widow with no kids, as I lost my husband to cancer in December of 1999. Christian Filipina was first introduced to me by my sister, who came to Saudi Arabia to work with me. I signed up in February of 2010, and just four days after I signed up, I received a lot of messages but one message that stood out was from my now-husband, Michael McFadden. I felt from the very start that he was God’s will for me.

We started corresponding outside the site, began video calls, and started a relationship just four months later. We began planning our wedding even before we met in person, and we set our wedding date on May 21, 2011. By the time I returned to the Philippines, our wedding was set and prepared with the help of my family and friends. My fiancé arrived in the Philippines on May 2, 2011. Our wedding was beautiful, attended by our families, relatives, and friends. When he returned to the US, he started the petition, and in 16 months, I was finally reunited with him. I arrived here in the US on September 12, 2012.

I thank God for blessing me with such a hardworking and patient man. We are blessed with two children: Eileen, who is 10 years old, and Daniel, who is 7 years old.

I am thankful for Christian Filipina, which was God’s instrument in helping us find each other. We will be celebrating our 14th anniversary on May 21, 2025. I hope that others on your site will also find their true love.
